Is it possible to burn my mixes to mp3 format, so I can put numerous mixes onto an mp3 disc that will play in my car cd player?

I'm not certain but I don't believe "export to mp3" is an option in Express -- do you see it in the Export dialog window?

If not, export to wav and then use a third party option (e.g., CDeX) to convert the wav file(s) to mp3. Then use your regular burning application to burn to CD (e.g., in XP, if that's what you're using, you can "send to" writeable disc.)
