Hi,
I am a bit confused about the exporting a file side of things. I had to reinstall all my sofware recently due to a severe OS problem but before that I am almost certain that I could export my mix as an mp3 file.

However, since reinstalling Mixmeister Studio 7 if I select the option of mp3 it simply refuses to have anything to do with it, which leaves me the less attractive option of choosing wav which uses up 1GB of space per mix.

I then have to convert the mix to mp3 using another program. I play my mixes on my website using a flash player remotely hosted along with my mixes at Filefactory.com but since this problem the uploaded mixes do not appear with the duration of the mix.

I think this is lost in the conversion from wav to mp3 but I can't be sure. So, my question is this, is it my failing memory or can you export as an mp3 file?

The option is there to do so, as are the choices of quality ranging from 8kbps up to 320kbps, so I assume if the options are there then I should be able to choose to export as an mp3.

HELP please

Plur .. are you saying that I should indeed be able to export in mp3 format?

Secondly, the mixes ... don't even go there lol I gave up trying to upload a long time ago it was just a total non-starter for me.

according to the mm website in regards to mixmeister studio 7...

you should be able to export to mp3. are you using the latest release of studio? i believe it is 7.2.2 - that may assist in your issue. if it does not, then i would suggest contacting mm support here ---> more help

in regards to uploading to translucent... you need to be sure you have the latest release of studio and that you are using the latest upload tool. if you do not have the latest release, that will be your issue. let me know if i can assist you in getting your mixes aired on translucent.

Hi all
I had the same trouble with the mp3 exporting mine, so i used the wma option same size as a mp3. i contacted mixmeister about this it was a program conflict with my other music gear and my mm version is 7.2.2 so that could be your problem. Club2
