I'm hooked on Fusion. Gunna get me a new laptop and was going to use the built-in soundcard that comes with the laptop to preview with. But was wondering if you fine knowledgeable folks could give me a list of top quality USB soundcards I could buy for hooking up to the sound system at the club? Any advice appreciated. Cheers.

I really like the M-Audio Audiophile Firewire. Yes, it is firewire and not USB. But, it handles both outputs (preview and perform) and has a handy headphone jack with a volume control:

Well, if you are looking for a professional USB soundcard, the Gigaport AG sounds great ! 110db S/N. I use it with Fusion in dual channel/Asio for( preview and perform), using an external mixer. It comes with Asio, a SPDIF Digital output and it costs around U$150,00. It has no inputs to capture audio.
