I.V.I's Strictly Rhythm spotlight some 10 months ago got this particular set started. It was at that time I began ripping my SR vinyl and various cd's. The mix never really got anywhere until recently (something about not having a job frees up a lot of time).

This mix has some of my favorite SR tracks from back when I was mixing vinyl. 19 tracks along with a handful of other tracks and beats used as overlays keep the SR sound alive. I have also added my own breakbeat vibe towards the end of the mix (right around the 1min mark). I hope you enjoy listening to this as much as I did tossing it all together. Here is the info...

Great feel & flow to the whole set ... plenty of overlay action going on, too.
This set hangs together real sweet, and has a solid get-your-booty-on-da-floor chunky-funky vibe going on, especially the first half.
