Can you set your system back to before you made the change that caused the trouble?

Plotting is what MM does as it looks at each mp3 (or other type music file) and calculates the BPM and Key so that the program can use the file. Plot files are what result from this activity.
Delete all your preferences. You want to be sure that the reference to the VSTs in the root goes away, so you want it to be like you are installing the program for the first time ever. Please read the Help file about plugins and where to store them, if you haven't already, and follow the info there about where to store plugins. When the program is reinstalled and running again, start by importing a small folder of files -- don't start with importing 30 gb. You want to be sure the process is working properly and the best/quickest way to find that out is to start with a small chunk of data to work with. Once you know everything is OK, then you can start importing the rest of your music collection. I got something for your mind, your body and your soul. |
