I'm wondering what sort of plugin I could use to produce a kind of flanger/bandpass effect. It's hard to describe, DJ Sy and Unknown's mix on Hardcore Euphoria has a few tracks that use that particular-sounding effect/plugin/whatever in the transitions.
It's really hard to describe, but if you've heard it you'll know what I mean! The transition from We Feel So High to Lift Me Up is a good example of it... Anyone who can help me out is a godsend! |

Might I suggest that you contact the artist directly for this information? He has a contact e-mail link posted on his MySpace page:
http://profile.myspace.com/ind...le&friendID=61449097 Indie DJ artists are particularly interested in hearing from listeners, fans and other DJs, and I would suspect that a technical question of such a specific nature might invite a direct reply. Tim, Co-host of Jack2It MMRadio |

I'm trying to find a good flange effect for MM myself, I've just been opening the songs in SoundForge 9.0 and using that flange, its the best sounding one i've found and it has good timing to match the beats of your songs. Then, I have to save the song to then use it in my mix so there's no way to do it on the fly when mixing live.

as i mentioned previously in your other post, classic-flanger by kjaerhus audio is quite easy to use and produces a nice sound. and unlike your current process, this can be integrated into mm and used on the fly.
