Hey Kalifa,

Finally caught this in it's entirety today - loved the track selection, and the mixing was tight, no trainwrecks in evidence here!

However, I have to ask why the phase/flange effect applied to the whole mix?

In certain places it would have added some extra "punch n sizzle" to the deft transitions you were pulling off, but I have to say after about half an hour it began to grate a little!

Now it's certainly a question of taste - however my experience (too many years to want to think about *shiver*), leads me to believe that less is more.

Y'know - you've got your audience grooving, thinking "Damn, this DJ's good" & Then Bam! you drop an effect, and twist the sound slightly and instantly they're thinking "Woah, what's coming next" and they're REALLY paying attention to your skills!

Hope you can appreciate this in the spirit it's intended (wholly constructive), and I look forward to getting some more submissions here!
