This New Years Eve, Selector's Choice will have a one-off event for approx. 12 hours.

A Non-Stop houseparty mix, featuring party music from the 60's thru' to 2006, all mixed up by yours truly.

This Mix is my tribute to the 'Houseparty' mixes whixh were aired on Londons Capital Radio 95.8FM throughout the late 80's and early 90's - these mixes were always 4-5 hours long and were compiled and Mixed by the Late James Hamilton and Les 'The MixDoctor' Adams (one of DMC's finest mixers/remixers, and for a long time 'THE' Mix DJ in the UK).

The Mix is 4 hours long and it will kick off at 9PM Greenwich Mean Time (which will mean that listeners in the UK can toast the New Year at Midnight as the Mix has been carefully backtimed to coincide with Big Bens chimes - which are included in the Mix, within a special version of Auld Lang Syne).


The Mix will remain in rotation until approx. 9AM GMT when it will be taken down and replaced by our updated schedule.

If anyone has any new mixes they wish to air as of Jan 1st, let's have them uploaded, and I'll be sure to add them when I take mine down.

I hope you enjoy it, and I'll post more (Including the odd screen shot) over the next few days.
