Many people post to the forum when they have a question about using MixMeister, and other users are glad to help when they have experience to share.

However, lots of newcomers post questions about program error messages, or equipment problems or other very technical issues that have nothing to do with how to use MixMeister to make mixes. Most of the time, other community members are just not able to help with this kind of question, so the advice you will get will be: contact Technical Support.

Regardless of whether you are asking a question here, or contacting Technical Support, please understand that vague why doesn't it work? questions are just a waste of everyone's time ... you need to give specifics in order to get any help at all.

There is a great post here from Tepmix, one of our most technically-capable members. He has excellent suggestions for you to make proper useful tech support requests. Please read it!

And don't forget to post in the proper forum ... e.g., if you use Fusion, post in the Fusion Help section; if you use version 6 products, post in that section of the forum.
