I might do that now if I figure it out My PC is working fine. Just MixMeister is not exporting but I've Pm'd someone for help so it should be sorted. Do I need MixMeister to upload or do I just need the file?

You need Mixmeister to upload. All Radio shows must be done in Mixmeister. The Radio host will send you a submit tool that you use to sumbit your mixes. This tool looks for the Mixmester file.
