Here's what Jumpstyle reminds me of ... that track must be more than 15 years old, right?

Again with the Youtube clips, it must be one of the most linked to sites on the net (not that im complaining).

Actualy that track was first released in late 1992 so your right on the money with 15 years.

Location: Germany in Soest. It´s a little town with old churches, a picturesque old town, many homelike pubs, but also discos and shopping centers. Countrified ambience. It´s a good mix - I love it!

BTW the latest Scooter video for "Jumping All Over The World" is on MTV Dance. My god it is awful. Its like a Hardcore track mixed with traditional Irish dancing music. How on earth could anyone like that crap?

I've never seen the video or even heard the track ... didn't it make #1 in the UK billboard charts or something? For me, Scooter are a good reason to be embarrassed for being German ... teuto-techno, not my thing at all!!!

Oh guys! Oh guys!
I´m a true music fan too, but how can I explain you electro - house and jumpstyle? How can I explain you Scooter?

I will try it:

You know house music. It is music with recurrences. One accord or even only a tone played crazy at a synthesizer repeats again and again. But you have a lot of channels, so you can mix the crazy tones together. This is house - music!

Sure: When you like classic this sounds awful to you! Most a house - track has only one or two accords, but this doesn´t matter! Important are the played Synthesizer - tones and how they are put together!

Similar is jumpstyle! But here you find a melody! The background is built with shrill synthesizers, in front you hear the bass - drum and a simple hi - hat! And you hear modified voices and s a m p l e s!!

Scooter use the Irish - sample and put sunthesizer to it! Scooter is a chart electronic band! They try to make pop, but their hearts beats for techno! Their roots lie in the techno - scene! O.k., Scooter are bad song - writers, but they always keep up with the times! You can say they produce the charts - alternatives from the electro - music!!

Jumpstyle has no attitude to be great song - music!! It is for clubbers like me Raspberry!!
You have fun and move your a$$! Ha!Ha!Ha!

Think about this: Many electronic - music - producers produce again and again with different names! Scooter produce nearly 20 years with this name for the charts, and they always have had success!
I have respect for the guys, cause they love the rave - scene, I´m sure!!

And jumpstyle is great! You have no clue guys! You have no clue!! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Raspberry! Raspberry! Raspberry!

I love "Jumping all over the world" from Scooter!!

See you @ Loveparade 2009 Dani and Tom!!

Don´t be cross with me now! Just kidding!! Tom rocks with Dani @ the Loveparade 2009, because they love Electro - House, Trance, Techno and Jumpstyle! And they love Scooter!!
