I use iTunes as my librarian and for ripping new CDs into the library, which currently has just under 9,000 songs in it. This is my ENTIRE music library. But I only want to use maybe a few hundred of those songs in MixMeister. It sure is a pain to have to go slogging through the other 8500 or so songs just to see the ones I want. I do use the search function (which is kind of broken - see bug report thread), but browsing would be greatly enhanced if could HIDE songs from being viewed in the MM library list. Deleting them doesn't work, of course, because next time I scan the \Music directory for newly added songs, they all come back!!

Here's a workaround... Just create a subdirectory in your \Music directory, like \Music\Mixing. When you rip CDs, rip them (or move them) to that folder if you want to use them in MixMeister. Then set Express 6 to monitor only that folder.
