Is there any way to change the color of the main page of MixMeister Express 6? I noticed that Fusion has black and gray...I know it is trivial, however, it is alot easier on the eyes - especially when playing for five hours!!

None that I'm aware of. Express 6 is still based on the original versions of the software, Pro and Studio 6 with a smaller feature set. The color of the interface was standard at that time without the use of the "skins" format that is present in version 7 (Fusion and Studio).
