I had a hard drive failure. I have now changed the libiray location to a back up drive. Now all the tracks are showing up twice or more. Is there a way of removing all the dupicates as the clean up function doesn't appear to be removing the tracks from the old drive. Even though I have dealted the old drive location.

Sort by file name, to get all tracks sorted according to the drive ... then delete all the tracks that show up as being in the now-nonexistent drive. Then run catalog clean up again.

That should do it -- let us know if you still have a problem with it.
