Hello Amutex,
I used to do mixes for aerobic dancers. I know that you want your steady 32 beats, am I right? With MMPro 5 you can have it count the total measures of a song. What is a measure? 4 beats = 1 measure, thus 32 beats = 8 measures. The way you can either cut out the odd numbers or even them out is by either splitting and deleting the unwanted sections or by adding more measures to make it a full 32 beat count. But with MMPro 4 you can select the track in question. 1) Choose beatmix mode by right clicking the song on the timeline or playlist. 2) Each measure is clearly lighted up in beatmix mode. 3) The gray area is the 1st beat in a 4 beat count. And the blue area begins when the 2nd beat of a 4 beat count starts. 4) And if your lucky the first vertical red sprocket will fall right on the 1st beat of a measure. If not then you can easily drag it to the start of the first beat and everything will line up nicely after that. Let me know if this helps? "Rocking the House with MMPro-5!!" |

Thx DJ Andre
Yes, you are right! 32 Measures It would be nice if MixMeister could display a colored line every 8 measures (or even 32 measures). But with your suggestions it is quite easy to count the measures and make sure there are no odd beats. Thanks for your quick help! |
