First and foremost, what kind of music are you referring about? If it's House music, some users tend to use the first 16 measures of each house beat for the transition, since it usually doesn't have a dominant rhythmic bass line during these measures.
In Hip Hop, the rhythmic bass line are everywhere. So you have to add bass and treble tags with MM and play with them to minimize or maximize one bass over the other during the transitions in between two songs mixing. "Rocking the House with MMPro-5!!" |

Unfortunately there's no way to alter the Bassline in that fashion within Mixmeister...
Since you're using MMPro 4 the only two things I can reccomend are 1) Finding a track with a compatible bassline (Not always an easy task by ear but it can be done) and 2) playing with the Bass markers in MM in order to cut out the outgoing Bassline as the second track becomes more prominent. Give it a shot and see if it works for you...let us know your results.
