My latest creation or challenge is uploading as i type and is 100 tracks in 60.24 mins. containing music from the 70's 80's 90's and 00's. d&b, bigbeat, funk, triphop, disco, hiphop and more.
Im a AMU virgin but thorght it was the place for it concidering the cross genre and amount of tunes. tracks from blondie, steve winwood, micheal jackson, nelly furtado, sneaker pimps, massive attack, sub focus, eminem, clinton, rhythm section, freestylers, roots manuva, pink floyd and new order just to name a few.
Its no chuck together, its actully listenable!!
Proberly best listened to through headphones.

hehe, hope so plur, it was a personal challenge to beat the 88 in 60.

I've got the mix in solo rotation for the moment, want everyone to have a chance to listen to it, then I'll add the other stuff back.

Sadly, the number of tracks this time frame isnt a record... Good attempt though!!!! Keep em' comming!

I'm gonna have to get back into this and drop some science!!!

oops, dont know what happened there but there was a prob with huminoid by stacker mix???

Oslo i see what you mean about it not being a record. Dont think i can match 400 in 20 mins! HTF did Andre do that??? unreal!! If poss Doug/Slip any chance of it being aired again?

hey yellowNgreen. I don't know if the hosts will air the mix again, but you can always hear it at MixingOnBeat where it is streamed. You would have to register there in order to access the mix sections.

Ive been away for a short break and it seem that 100 is still on solo rotation. Is a two an a half week solo rotation the norm here on AMU? Im hoping that the re-submitted version is being aired due to the 3 probs with the orig. I still havnt heard from either Slip or Doug yet to let me know, so if it still has probs with the Stakker, lean back(instumental) and a drum n bass mix going out of sync, im sorry, its out of my hands! I just also hope its not making MM look bad! If another moderater can help out with this please do!

Just tuned in to AMU and the mix is still the orig with probs! please can someone help!!!!!
Any new MM users or future users wont be impressed! Its not a good example for the product.

How long did this whole process take you to finish up? Can we see some screen shots?

Were you using strictly "Overlays" or "Primarys"? Beatmixing? or Standard? actually...which version of MM was this done with?

Duck, it was pretty much just a straight primary beatmix. I only used overlays a few times. One was micheal jacksons billy jean accapella that fit bpm wise, the second was the chopped up ending to 19, the justin timberlake accapella was another and the mix up of phat planet by leftfield. I made it with MM pro 4 and express6 to finish it off and add a few effects. Tricky to put a time scale on it as i did it when i got the chance due to being a dad and working alot. 40-50 hrs maybe.?.
