I have been emailing support for the last week+ and haven't been able to get a good answer.

I have purchased the Interlink RemotePoint Navigator 2.4 (tech support says this is the only supported device).

I plug it into the computer and have MixMeister Pro 6.1.3 as the focus app. Pressing the previous, next and hide slide on the remote do nothing. The only thing I was able to get it to do is jump from the top to the bottom of the playlist when I had the playlist window as the focus.

I then tried another computer, but had the exact same problem.

I brought up PowerPoint 2003 just to test the remote. The previous, next and hide slide buttons on the remote work as expected.

Is this a bug in the application?

I am open for troubleshooting suggestions on how to make this work (including how to get faster response from MM tech support).

Does anyone have any experience with this? Im really wanting to buy a remote but Ive only seen unanswered problems here on the board
