I enter information in the form online for the update link to Pro 6. I have included the order confirmation e-mail also. I have employed use of PM. In three hours I will be dispatched to location for a fourteen hour date of service. My client is depending on me as I am depending on the staff here at MixMeister.

I had to create plot files without the update after a complete system restoration. The link request process is flawed. 24 hours or less should be the norm for responding to client requests. The order number, e-mail address and electronic e-mail order confirmation should also be more than sufficient without reference to a credit card used in the transaction, as fraud is a major issue in our society. There should be a live person to speak with concerning pressing issues with a set schedule for customer service Monday thru Saturday.

I do not understand why the message requests a reply since mail cannot be forwarded without the system administrator responding for i.e.: 'support1@mixmeister.com' on 5/6/2006 8:51 AM
