The Chat Room had a splurge of activity late last year, and has tailed off.

I'd like to reinvigorate it, and also provide a place where we can not only have a laugh, but also slide off to other rooms to help with Issues, or comment on the Mixes on Air at the time.

I think Monthly would be too often, but what do others think? Every 2 months (Bi-Monthly)? Every 3 months (Quarterly)?

BTW the Chat Rooms are open and available 24/7/365 just thought if we come up with regular dates/times we could make it easier to discuss issues and 'meet' with other members (we might even convince someone from MixMeister to pop in from time to time!)

Chat would be great at regular times. It's so hard to get to know people through the posts...takes forever and then you often end up just speaking in quick "sound bytes" and "smiley faces." I think the interaction of periodic planned chats would definitely help my social skills (the trip back home to Ohio next weekend to crash that party is going to be a big help too--welcome, but entirely unexpected) But, the chats would be great!

It's time now to put some wheels in motion to kick this off!

First thing we need to agree on is a date for the first one, then we need to agree whether the meet is on a specific date every other month or a specific day (I.E. first Monday every other month)....

Ok, so back on topic for a minute - what do you say to Sunday the 19th May?

This is a week after Mayhem (so gives Rook chance to get over his inevitable hangover), and let's Rook, Duck etc let those of us who didn't know how it all went down, and also by then we might have some 'Mayhem' tunage on air by then too!
