Hi

Just trying out the Studio 6 Demo and its exactly what I am looking for - DJ Mixing SW with the functions of a sequencer.

Anyway just a question on documentation. It seems its only available as a download, does it come with a manual in pdf or is it just based on helpfiles?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Alias,

And welcome to the boards.

I personally haven't gone up from Mixmeister Pro 5 yet, but I don't think the manuals are available on PDF.

However, if there's anything about the software that you don't understand, or any features that you need to suss out, or if you need tips, techniques or basic 'how the hell do I?' type questions, then You Have Come To The Right Place.

This board is swarming with users of the mixmeister product, as well as some of the mixmeister staff themselves.

So - Ask away and don't be afraid of being dissed as a 'newbie'. We were all there once (and some of us still feel we are) Wink

Well I'm brand new to MM so I was hoping for a pdf to print of and read while I'm messing around inside the program. I just find this an easier way to come to grasps with a new program.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Hi alias, and welcome to the boards...

Like you, I sometimes like to print a manual for a product and peruse it at my leisure (I won't say which room of my house I do most of my reading in!)

Here's a thread on how to do this.

Thanks ardent, I guess I'll give it a whirl too.

Welcome to the world of MixMeistery alias....I can vouch that your life will not be the same again.....and if you're married you'll be on the way to the divorce courts soon as your spouse will claim you are spending more time with MixMeisters sprockets than his or hers :0

You could also try this..

CHM2PDF

This program converts help (chm) files to PDF format. It's shareware (so if you like it - buy it!) and the unregistered version puts a little red title on each page that says This document is created with the unregistered version of CHM2PDF Pilot

That's a good tip! Thanks! I was looking for something like that for another program I have. Big Grin

Nice find Gaz, will have to check that out when I get home.

Ted, thankfully "her indoors" plays lots and lots of PC games so she can't give out to me Red Face)
