well,I have made some mixes but I cant show it to other people I can only save it as playlist files(.m3u; .mmp) how u can change it to mp3 files?

"Show it" meaning play it for others as an mp3? or show screenshots of the mix?

You want to EXPORT your playlist. The options in that menu will be MP3, WMA, or WAV. Export can be found under the File menu.
