OK, so you have the day off, and here you are, kicked back on the sofa with your feet up and a little liquid something chilling in your glass ... what could possibly improve on that? Well, I may have just the thing for you: because BeatConscious is all about improving on your basic relaxation scenario
 This is my second indie-focused set of the summer, featuring more tracks from artists appearing on the first set, Indie Summer: J*S*T*A*R*S, DJ GreyV and Parov Stelar plus these fantastic new names: Venueconnection, Vice Lounge, Mudville, NickNack, Digital Cutup Lounge, Paul and Price, Felix Laband, Natalie Walker ... and more  I'll give the run-down on these musical talents, complete with links to their websites, in the next update to the Declaration of Independents . Hey, thanks for the love ... this is one of the very few mixes that I feel completely satisfied with ... selections and transitions ... most of 'em, I feel could use at least a little TPSing, but this one ... this one works just fine ...

I am lovin this track, and the set so far actualy. I guess its one of the advantages of being off work sick (see my comment on I May Be Guilty) cause you get to listen to lots of music. God knows daytime tv is s**e so I wouldnt be watching any of that. Theres only so much of Ricki Lake and Jerry Springer I can take.  Relax. What is mind? No matter. What is matter? Never mind!  |

Hope you're feeling better, D, and thanks for logging all those listening hours here ... I haven't had a good sick day at home for ages, but they are perfect for catching up on things like reading or listening to the streams ... things we'd ordinarily feel like we don't have the time to do.
