Pulsated kicks off with a really rich track from Banzai Republic and maintains the vibe with contributions from indie artists like Sub City, Afternoons in Stereo and K, as well as commercial releases both new (from Barabass and the Happy Few) and old (Roxy Music, One Dove and William Orbit.

This set went thru substantially more iterations that usual, thanks to having my Karma to use as an audition tool ... without needing to burn endless test CDs, I got to listen to a new version of the mix just about every day on the commute to work, and then tweak it each night. Here's hoping the extra effort shows in the finished set. Wink

For those who get to hear this set, there's a nice treat at the cross-fade from the Afternoons in Stereo track "Ocean Floor" into B-Tribe's "Misterio-Interlude" ... where the fluttering flute figure in the first track is echoed in the fluttering fingerwork of the flamenco guitar in Misterio ... sweet! Cool

Check out the Declaration of Independents thread for information on the new indie artists included on this set, courtesy of Besonic.com.

And, as always, your comments are welcome.... Smile
