Hi All,
I've been using Mixmeister Studio 7 for about 6 weeks, this is my first post for help. Sorry if it's been dealt with before, i did have a look but couldn't find anything.
Most issues i've come across i've been able to resolve. A bit stuck with this one.
On the odd track, dragging markers on the beat slicer has no effect on how the beats line up with the numbers on the main timeline. I've tried removing all markers, and attempting to redraw the grid but no joy. Interestingly, moving the entire grid does make a difference, however as some parts of the track have a minor drift i need to be able to pull certain markers so it lines up.
In the past i probably would have just amended the markers on the next track so it matches this problem one. However, i've noticed keeping everything neat and lined up with 2's 4's and 8's makes the beatmatching a lot easier.
Incidentally, i'm mixing old jungle and a lot of it's mp3's i've created from vinyl. I'm prepared for a bit of manual work, but most mp3's i've created work fine. As i say, it's just the odd track i've noticed has this problem. Almost like it's locked for editing...
Anyone seen this or similar before? I can provide more details if need be.
Thanks!!
