I just purchased this software and have not even been able to open the program. I get a succesful installation with no problems. When I try to run the program I get a dialogue box with the error message:

Were Sorry. MixMeister has encountered a configuration issue and cannot continue. Please make sure software is installed correctly. Error 100.

when you click ok it kicks you out to desktop.

Uninstalled MM, cleaned registry, all drivers are current, rebooted and reinstalled. Same issue every time.

NOT a good sign after shelling out 160 beans. Sent an official request to support, havent heard back yet. I did a search and a few others have posted same issue but no one has a fix. I might have to exercise my right for a refund.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

I'd suggestthat when looking for help with something, you use the Find option on the toolbar, to search for other posts.

MM_Aaron has posted a response to Error 100 difficulties previously - Click This Link, to see what he posted.

Let us know how you get on, it could be useful for other members in the future.

The Fix to where your link sent me to did not work. Has anyone been able to resolve this configuration issue and what is the problem. I have tried to contact customer support on various occasions and no response. So what is a configuration problem and how can you solve it?

I guess there is more than one explanation about this problem.
I contact mm masters not so long ago, and they send me another solution.

I recommend you contact support, and they can fix this bug properly.
