Hello everyone, i have been reffered to MixMeister left and right for the professional mixing results, and i finally made the dicision to jump in and see what the hype is all about.

I am totally new to this and for the life of me i cant figure this out. It surely is a redesigned program and i still need to get the hang of it. I've gone through VDJ basics however only live and none through software

Could anyone point me to places in order to seek help or some well done tutorials on this version? i noticed the skin is different..

Thanks
Have you had your serotonin surge today?

Your questions actually pose their own questions, so pardon me for not answering directly ... but:

Your reference to VDJ -- did you purchase Fusion + Video (in which case your post should be moved to that forum) or have you used VDJ set-ups in the past, but bought Studio, a non-video-capable software instead?

When you say: i noticed the skin is different and It surely is a redesigned program ... it sounds as though you have seen someone use an older version of MixMeister, which indeed was a rather different program ... If you never actually learned to use a prior version of MM (v.6 or before), in a way, you are better off, since there is nothing to "unlearn" .... if you did use v.6, then you'll find that things are different, but the program comes with many more capabilities ... there are numerous posts on the forum that describe these ...

The program comes with a tutorial that usually offers to run when you start the program up ... this would be the first thing to check out ... you don't mention if you have watched this yet. The Help files are also excellent and there is a ton of information there to assist you.

Once you've absorbed this stuff and tried things out, then when you have specific issues, you can post about it on the forum and someone can try to assist you ....

Good luck!

Well i have the Mixmeister studio 7 version, and in my reference to VDJ, i have used it in the past but not to a great extent. What im saying is i have learned VDJ for the sake of getting more familiar with what more is to come.
The reason i said the skin is different is because i had been roaming tutorials and videos and they all seem to be v.6

I actually have watched the tutorials that mixmeister provides but didnt not find them in detail. I will roam the forums and check out more of its help files.

I just would like to know if there are straight forward noob tutorials that show someone how to construct something but in a way to get familiar and learn many features. These types of tutorials are most helpful when you know you'll get an end product out of it

Cheers,
