I've used PC version previously, and in it (if I remember correctly) you could create a playlist in iTunes and then just drag all the files from iTunes into Mixmeister.

I haven't found a way to do it on my Mac.

Any hints on how I can accomplish this or a workaround? I really like making playlists in iTunes.

Not a functionality that I've ever been aware of. Furthermore, if your iTunes music files are in Apple's AAC format, they are not compatible with Studio or Fusion.
