I have upgraded fom Express 6 to Studio 7. Paid the upgrade price and got my new key. what I did not get was the download page or a confirmation email with down load link. I have gone to the support page and entered my email address and product key so I can get the link sent to me and nothing. have also sent an email to support and still no reply. has anyone else had this problem and solved it.

What about the download options available through the "GET MIXMEISTER" link on the gold bar at the top of this page? Do they not offer you a usable option?

That takes me to the page to make a new purchase, I have already purchase and was given a Registration key, but I can't upgrade the demo to full but it was too late download the full version as i had already close the web page. I thought all I had to do was ad my Registration key to make it a full version. I did not even get a confirmation email with the link so i am stuck (no email, no link, no response from support just a Registration key and a demo.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "but I can't upgrade the demo to full..." what exactly happens (step by step) when you open the demo version of the software? I thought the Help menu had an option to enter the key ... but it has been a long time since I've seen that screen, so perhaps I'm misremembering it.

Thats what i thought but you do have to download the full version.I am in the uk so unable to call but i have emailed, und unless its a public holiday am still waiting for a reply. am still playing with the demo version but do any real work with it.

you can also PM to MM_Carlos or MM_sandor and see if they can jump-start the process for you....

I had this same problem when i had to reformat my pc. The installer you download from the website is for "trial" only, and there is no place to put in the key. I had to get the installer from someone else.

There needs to be a better way to enter your key if you download the "trial" version.

If you lose your orignal installer, you are hosed until you get a new one, the one on the page doesnt work.

yes there should be an easier way, it would have been easy to have someone download the demo and when they purchase and enter the reg key it will then become the full version. I will wait and see if they make contact over the next few days.
