I just recently started playing around with overlay tracks and I noticed that MixMeister won't let you add volume markers to them. I can add Bass, Treble, and Midrange markers, but no volume markers. Am I doing something wrong, or does overlay tracks not support multiple volume markers? If this question has been answered before, please point me in the right direction.

The reason why I want to use multiple volume markers is to pingpong the overlay track to create a tease effect. It appears the only way to do this would be to split the overlay into multiple parts.

As always, thanks for any help and advice offered.

Hi Sintrigue,

I'm using Fusion 7.2.2.0 and have not noticed this behaviour with overlays.

As an example, in the below screen grab the middle track is an overlay (you can tell by the "2a" marker circled in red). I can then drop in volume markers as I wish, also circled red. Are you trying something similar? Maybe a screengrab of what you are trying might help.

Your right Nebulus, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong. I can add volume markers via popup menu or keyboard shortcut on the selected overlay track.
