Yes, but I'd personally plug it into a mixer seperate from your pc, with mixmeister going out through the soundcard to the mixer - it's much easier to vary the mic and music volume that way......

Ok thanks, Don´t have a mixer. I have SB Audigy 2 Platinum. If i wanna try with the microphone what do i have to do?

Well, I'd say (though I haven't tried it) that you'll need to plug in the microphone to the card, and open up the volume control applet. If you can see the microphione there, make sure it's not muted, then adjust the volume whilst saying (in the best DJ tradition) 'One-two-one-two' Add a blow for good luck and see if anything comes out...
I'm interested though... do you just DJ live through the soundcard and straight into some speakers, or do you use an external amplifier? If so, is there a mic input on that?

It´s plugged in and i can hear myself talking on the speakers but the persons who tune in can´t hear me.
It goes into an amplifier, no mic input there. I´m streaming it on the internet and would like to talk to whom ever listening
