I have a Dell Inspiron 2650 with a 1 Gig Celeron processer, 256MB memory with XP home and DirectX 9.0. All too often, when playing a file, Mixmeister seems to lock up, causing the file to "stutter" in the spot it gets stuck at. I have no plugins installed. I also have Mixmeister Pro installed on an older Dell Inspiron 5000 with 750 mHz Intel PIII, Win2000 Pro, 384MB memory and DirectX 9.0, with NO problems at all. Any suggestions as to how to correct?

Have you tried adjusting the audio output in tools? If you haven't please go to here.
