(I've moved this thread to the proper location)
Are you able to burn CD's ok from other apps? Have you tried more than one CD? An 80min CD-R shouldn't cause a problem. Have you tried e-mailing support? -- BOOM! |

Even though your mix can be 64 minutes, have you cropped or deleted the parts that you don't need from the tracks? If you don't cut out the unwanted segments, this can probably make you beleive it's a 64 minute mix, but the tracks are over 80 mins.

Does it work that way? It seems counter-intuitive...
If I have two 5 min tracks and I play them one after the other, it plays for 10 mins. total. If I have two 5 min tracks and I play them at the same time (e.g., like an overlay) then it plays for 5 mins. total. It may not be what you meant, but I'm reading your comment to be that the second example would play for 10 mins total also. Am I confused? (It wouldn't be the first time |

No, what I meant is when you you are beatmixing normal. Let's still use the two-track 10 minute mix for an example.
1) first song is 12 minutes 2) second song is 10 minutes 3) total songs 22 minutes 4) need a 10 minute mix. 5) I play the first song 5 minutes 6) then I play the second 5 minutes 7) what happened to the other 12 minutes? 8) It is still there! But if you don't cut out the remaining parts of the first and second songs. You will still need a 22 minute space on the CD. But if you just cut out the segments you don't need, then you'll have your 10 minute mix for your 10 min space on the CD. Let me know, if you have any more questions. Okay...now I'm confused! All these numbers makes my mind boggle.
Twelve minutes after ten minutes is still greater than ten minutes; hence the twenty-two minutes total. But, an extra twelve minutes inside of a five minutes-after-five minutes can be only ten minutes; hence no additional twelve minutes. Right? So, riddle me this: how many Overlay segments remain beyond the sixty-four minute mark? Have you tried using a different brand of CD-R? What happens if you delete the last track in the Playlist and try to "burn?" ---JET (wow, no numerical characters...does that mean this qualifies as a story problem?) |
