For some reason MMS7 wont allow me to delete the library in one swoop. i thought it worked (after about 10 minutes of thinking) but it turned out it just made them phantom files. what i mean by that is that sometimes they show up and sometimes they dont. and when they DO show up its only chunks of about 20 files and they are usually in some alphabetic order of sorts (but other times its random)... im using snow leopard with plenty of 'oomph' to back the program but it wont let me start from scratch! i just wanted to uninstall it and start over and only add a selected amount of tracks rather than my ENTIRE library. with 160gb inside the program it kind of lags and i thought i would avoid that by only adding what I KNEW i was going to be mixing in the near future. Anyone know an easy way to make MM7 forget i was ever even in the program at all? Thanks.
(i did contact MM support but havent heard back. plus ive been reading a lot of bad things about their response time) -johan |
