Ok so I swapped out my one of my cd burners for a DVD, and the dvd is not supported as of yet. The other CD is. How do I get express to look at it? the drive is an HL-DT-ST GCE 8320. According to the FAQ's it is a supported drive.

Now what?

Hi Ender, and welcome to the forums.

That sounds like a really good question to ask tech support.

So this is what tech support said..

quote:
Thank you for your MixMeister inquiry. We have a CD drivers update available. Please download and install the CD drivers update from the following link. During the install, when asked for the install directory specify the version of MixMeister you are using. If you get the Add / Remove / Repair dialog when you first run MMCDRUP.EXE, choose Remove. Then, re-install MMCDRUP.EXE. The wording in this states Express 6, but this update works for all versions numbered 4 and higher.

[MM_Aaron: I'm sorry, I removed this link. Our arrangement with Gear Software, who makes the CD burning module, does not allow us to make this publicly available. Support will be happy to provide this link to our customers on request.]
