just downloaded update for mac..7.3.1
how do i install , there seems to be no .dmg extension after i unzip as there was with 7.2.5

I'm not sure about the MM fusion version. When I downloaded the latest MM studio update (version 7.3.1) there was one file "MixMeister Studio 7.3.mpkg" in the ZIP-file.

Simply unpack it, double click the MPKG-file and the install dialogue appears. The only thing I came across: you can not install the update via a mapped samba share.

when i unpack the zip , i too end up with mix fusion 7.3mpkg , as i spool thru the folders i get to mixmeisterfusion.pkg , once inside i find a zipped file ARCHIVE.pax.gz
there is no mpkg extension.
rather confusing.i've unzipped the archive file to end up with archive.pax , i presume this is not an execute file , or am i wrong.

problem sorted when i downloaded the file diectly to mac , as opposed to bringing it in via flash stick from windows pc.
installed beautifully and running live gigs..
stolichnaya a happy boy again.
