Im not sure if this is a problem that I need to contact tech support about but maybe someone here might be able to help.
Im trying to use vst plug-ins from Blue Cat (see here). The problem is that even after I installed them they didnt appear in MixMesiter. I then tried copying the files from the folders which the plug-ins were in by default (C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins) to the MixMeister Fusion folder. The plug-ins worked to a point but then suddenly for no apparent reason I got a continuous beeping noise. Is there any solution to this? Also, maybe im just slow, but how do you fade in effects in Fusion? I've tried staggering the effects parameter markers (as you would with volume markers) but the effect still kicked in suddenly. I cant find anything about it in the help files or tutorials here on Beatming.com. Relax. What is mind? No matter. What is matter? Never mind! |

Dani, try this thread ... I think Nebulus explains pretty well the Enable/Bypass function and how you have to set your E's (green effects markers) to be managing one of the parameters instead of the on/off functionality.
If that doesn't help, try the FIND function / advanced search, order by date and use the box "without these words" = "where" and "find" to cull out people who are just posting that they want to know where to find free effects. As for the beeping, I was going to say that sounds like demo behavior, but then I followed the link and found the Blue Cat stuff is free ... so there goes that idea. BTW, looks like everything in Blue Cat is already available in Fusion via Ozone and Camelspace or the NewBlue set of effects ... you could save a little grief by just using those ... no beeping! I got something for your mind, your body and your soul. |

Thanks for that MadameFly. I probably should have searched the forums a bit harder and I would have found that thread you linked to.
As for Blue Cat plug-ins, I liked their Stereo Flanger effect but since i've started using the NewBlue ones I found out that they are good too. Thanks again for the help. Relax. What is mind? No matter. What is matter? Never mind! |
