Or if both of you are runnng XP, I assume so since he's using MM6E, you can use the Messenger feature to link up pc's and physically show dps what's going on in MM, while chatting with each other about it.

is that easy or hard to set up...I've never done it..

It's fairly easy to setup.

-Start button > Run
-Type in the word conf (this will attempt to install netmeeting)
-You will then get a window that says something like "Messenger is the default and will install instead"
-The rest is self explainatory
-In order to connect to another person you must know thier email address
-Once you add your friends email to your 'buddy list' they will pop up letting you know they are online. Sort of like AOL instant messager

The rest is a breeze. Hope this helps. If it doesn't I'll take the plane ticket.

You can use Remote Assistance and you can see his computer screen as he does. Also, you can take control of his screen if you need to show him how to do something by actually "showing" him! Remote Assistance is already installed in Windows so no need to go into the system.
