Are there any reviews out there yet for the new Numark Omni Control DJ Controller? Also, how is it different then the Numark Mixmeister Control.
Thinking of getting 1 of them for my wife for xmas and was wondering if there are any recommendations. Thanks. |

The Omni Control is built more to mimic the traditional two decks + mixer setup, while the MM Control was designed specifically for Fusion. Technically, since the Omni supports midi, you can remap what the controller can do in Fusion, but the MM Control's layout mimics Fusion's interface, so it's easier to work it.
Also, the Omni has a built-in soundcard for previewing, whereas for the MM Control, you'll need a separate audio interface for previewing. Hope this helps! |

The latest build of MM has a native mapping for the Omni Control and it comes with a copy of Mixmeister Le to allow you to get a feel for the power of Mixmeister. Si,om, i just buy the OMNI CONTROL, its really works perfect with TRAKTOR!
Im litle surprised about the function of MM on the Numark OMNI CONTROL, doesnt work perfect! The normal configuration is a mess, i know i can made mine on custom, butt is litle complicate to made it. I want to know if you have any template or better custom configuration for i use Mix Mesiter on the OMNI CONTROL. I will go apreciate your help on that! I LOVE the program Mix Meister and i buyed the OMNI control because its a lovely solution with the audio board. Cheers from brazil, Leo |

Thank you for reply... I just pickup my OMNI CONTROL on this WED, so i donwload from www.mixmeister.com/numark the MIX MEISTER version: 7.3.5.1 My problem is: I configurate the audio like the omni control manual explain, i putt the hardware control with OMNI, butt doesnt work fine in here, the headphones, and many other things... im trying to make real on custom? Im driving crazy for make a better custom setup for my OMNI CONTROL, so i really want to know if you have a template or a better custo configuration for i run my Omni Control with Mix Meister.
