Hi, I have Fusion demo and i'm getting error code 100 and then it won't open, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and its still the same. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply.

I don't have any more info to give. I have the fusion demo download and when I try and open it the main screen come up blank and the message "We're sorry. mixmeister encountered a configuration error and cannot continue. Please make sure the software is installed correctly. Error 100"

It is correctly installed because I have been using it for a while, i re-installed it but its the same. I cant contact tech support because I dont have a registration key Frown

Indeed, you are correct. They should have an option there for "Demo version troubles" for potential buyers.

However, from past experience with other users, they do support those interested in purchasing the software who are having problems installing the demo version. Go to this page and contact them directly:

Copy your e-mail to both the "Feedback" address and the "General Inquiries" address.

Also, if you like, you may call them directly at the phone number listed there on that page.

If you send an e-mail inquiry and do not get a reply, note that here in this post and I will personally elevate your problem directly to the head of MM product development at MM/Numark.

They should have an idea what "Code 100" means, but they will probably need specific information about your system. Please make sure that you are actually using the demo version provided directly by the MM website, are not using some version that you downloaded from some 3rd party site, a bittorrent network, or some other unlicensed provider.

If you did not get your copy of the demo directly from MM, go here to get it:

Do not try to obtain support on full versions of pirated products or mask that attempt at contact via claim to be utilizing the demo version. They'll know the difference.

additional system info is i run amd64 3200.....2gb ram....256 graphics...onboard 7.1 sound on a neo platinum m/board running vista ultimate x64

ive also tried to dld MM6 aswell and fusion 7 with and without video all from original site and still same error
