When I try to start MixMeister Studio, I only get the following kind of screen without possibilities to do anything; even if I try to open any of the menus, the open and close instantly... Any suggestions?

Exactly my problem, and I have just purchased Mixmeister. I see you haven't had a reply since Sep10th, so it would appear the support is rubbish as well. I won't hold my breath for a solution from the forum. Did you get your problem sorted?

If you are running Fusion or Studio 7.4 on a Mac running Snow Leopard, I might suggest looking at the Fusion Help! forum for guidance on the topic, waiting for the next release, or getting 7.3 somehow (perhaps from tech support by calling), or running the Windows version. I don't get the impression that there is someone at Numark dedicated to answering each question posted here. Hope this helps.

Trash your preferences file and relaunch. You can gracefully quit using command-Q even though the menus don't work. Mixmeister locks up in exactly the way you're describing when it tries to display the keycode in your playlist (as opposed to the library)- see how that's the point in screen rendering where it's stopped? Presumably you had that column turned on in an earlier version, the only way to get rid of that setting is by removing your prefs file. Trying to turn keycode display back on will lock the program up again, but the setting won't stick.

Still waiting on a fix for this.

actually...done that...it worked until I tried to load the saved session then it froze again grrrr !!!

I must say that I am rather disappointed in two things.

First, the fact that this bug still hasn't been fixed even though we already have 7.4.4. Really - this was reported quite a while ago. And the bug itself, oh brother - how can it be that adding "keycode"-column to the playlist is enough to bring the whole application down on it's knees.

Secondly, the fact that we already have 7.4.4, but on my system, any time I clicked on "Check for updates", I received the "There are no updates available at this time"-message.

Very, very unprofessional... I truly am disappointed (but still keeping my hopes up - maybe something gets done about this one day).

What a royal screw up. I got stuck the minute I added keycode. How do I clear the preferences again?
