Regarding what you need to broadcast on MixMeister Radio: you need to have registered version of MixMeister software, either version is sufficient; you need to create a decent mix 60 minutes in length, decent in both respects---clean language/topics & quality of mix (quality of mix is relatively easy with MM software); submit you playlist to TF or one of the other resident DJ's; then upload a wma format of you mix according to the instructions given to you by said Resident DJ.
MixMeister Technologies, at present, pays the royalties for and handles all of the necessary reporting of the music played on MixMeister Radio.
Hope this helps.
Mix and submit

...it's the "other" webcasting you mean, the one that you can generate from within MixMeister itself, I'm not sure if every version of MM can do this, but I know 3, 4 and Pro can do it. It is an item on the dropdown menu in 3. I personally was not able to successfully webcast until I had a broadband connection -- 56k just didn't get it. However, if you have the requisite speed, it works quite nicely (I can't give you the details on 3, as I have only accomplished this in Pro.)
