if i am webcasting. the only one that can here that is webcasting is ME every one i give the url cant receive i have a tcp/ip connection so please please tell me how i can send the music online so every one can here it

First, are you telling people to enter the broadcast address correctly? If not they will not be able to hear your stream, they should enter the following into the URL window of their web browser, replace "your ip address" with your actual IP address:
mms://your ip address:7007
This will spawn a windows media player (Be sure to have the latest version installed). Make sure that you don't forget to add the port number after the IP Address.
Second, if that doesn't work, do you have a dynamic IP address? Most ISPs don't like it when you stream video and audio so they may change your IP address. No way around this one unless you talk to your ISP and get a static IP.
I've not had problems at all with broadcasting, I've had people connect from all over without any problems, generally if anyone has a problem it's because they are not entering my IP in their URL box correctly.
