hi every 1, ive been asked bye an online station to go live on 2 hour spots each weekend, how would i got about this would i have to save my mixes to mp3?

I do 4 hours live on psystream every thursday night but I use a seperate computer to stream and my laptop to mix on (plus CD's and occasionally vinyl)
