I got my broadcast working, but I'm interested in finding the number of certain programs after my ip address. If you don't get what I'm talking about, it's this:
000.000.000.000:????
The question marks symbolize the number I need to find for a program.
Does anybody know how to find this number for any program?

The # you're looking for is called the PORT number. Are you trying to find your currently active port numbers, or are you looking for a list of registered #'s?

There are only a finite # of port #'s that are assigned...there is also a range of numbers that can be used by anybody/anything.
